Katy Maiolatesi – Chicago, IL
This year as I was drawing, and for what feels like the first time in my art career, I felt the negative effects of MS. However, I trucked on to create a legend in the art community. Mr. Ross was all about his happy little trees and dulcet tones, and I like to think I channeled that vibe for this drawing. I am delighted to showcase my pencil sketch alongside incredible artists in the Art Showcase for the fourth year!
