A lot of my problem is cognitive so anything to distract me that I don’t really have to concentrate on or have a deadline to finish in a certain time frame make me feel more comfortable. After a 24-year marriage ended and I raised my 8-year-old daughter alone, I realized just how strong I really am. God has used things to make me stronger and I am not a quitter.
