Ramona McCracken – Fort Collins, CO

I have been taking photographs since I was very young. I loved capturing moments in time that will never be again. On my 50th birthday in 2018 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with MS. It was at that point that everything was a million times more important to me. I began taking photographs with a different intention and document life through my unique perspective. Last year, with the support of my family, I embarked on new adventure as a professional photographer. I spend more time exploring nature, pausing in the sounds and sights of city streets and capturing emotion. I get lost in the wonder that is all around us and take others with me, inviting them to share my journey and often allowing me to share in theirs. I am forever thankful for my MS diagnosis as it gave me the motivation to explore what I am passionate about.
