My name is Mayteé Ramos and I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in December 2015. MS took away many things from me, but it gave me back my creativity.
My love for all art runs through my veins like the water runs the river. Art is my essence, and creativity is my outlet. Music, writing, photography, painting; I love it all!
MS has been the biggest setback of my life, but also that one thing that opened all doors for me. And art has been a crucial part of my healing process. Through art I’ve been able to express myself and reconnect with parts of me I had neglected for so long.
I’ve developed a special interest in photography, and I’m eager to explore this form of art in more depth.
