I am a retired engineer and service-disabled Veteran and had always been involved in music, but never visual arts. I’d never had an interest in art because I just did not have the talent for it and never took any classes because it wasn’t my in my wheelhouse.
After an MS relapse in June 2017, I felt a sudden and new ability to understand color and composition. I also gained an ability to learn more complex software procedural operations. I create my artwork using an average of three software applications but have gone up to seven. This makes each piece completely unique and almost unrepeatable from my standpoint. I create fractal manipulations and abstracts. Over time, I started to include a “red dot” in each piece as my signature element. I reside in Sarasota, FL and showed my art locally at Art Center Sarasota. I consider an MS relapse my foray into visual arts.
