In the past year, I’ve undergone medication changes and other health challenges, some related to my MS and some not. I keep plugging away and try not to let these challenges overwhelm my ability to be creative. I’ve slowed down and most of my work has been from commitments to group shows.

Not much is getting me down, even though this year has slowed me down. I’m getting used to using my chair at show openings and people are surprised. Being a part time chair user since 2003, I’ve finally given myself permission to show people what I need to stay at the show for more than 20 minutes. It hasn’t been easy, but that’s my journey for this past year. I’m really proud of the work I’ve accomplished this year, kudos to me.
