I am a surviving MSer! I was first diagnosed April 2012. I couldn’t even move my right arm unless I picked it up with my left one, and I am right handed. Needless to say I had to learn to do everything with my left hand. After 3or 4 months I regained the use of my arm. I take day by day with this disease. Some days are better or worse than others. I wake up every morning with the challenge to accomplish and get through the day. I take Copaxone injections 3 times a week. I have numbness, burning, heat, electrifying shocks, fogged head, all that and more. I never knew I could paint. I had art in high school, but had never painted anything before. I find that it is relaxing, and the only thing I can escape in too. I have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. I will beat this disease MS one day!!
