Thank you for your interest in MSAA’s 2027-2028 Art Showcase!

As a reminder, please ensure all of your materials, including your completed digital release form, proof of diagnosis, artwork images, artwork titles, and biography, are all submitted digitally using the forms below.

All materials must be received by January 8, 2027.

Reminder – Your Art Showcase Entry Checklist:

□ Completed release form (please include your contact information).

□ Verification of MS diagnosis — if you have not previously participated in MSAA’s Showcase.

□ Reproductions of up to three (3) pieces of artwork. Please include titles for each work submitted.

□ Biographical statement (150 words or less) that speaks to your interest in art.
