Toll-Free Helpline and Chat
Connect with one of MSAA’s experienced Client Services Specialists to receive valuable information, guidance, and support. MSAA’s Helpline may be reached several ways:

Safety and Mobility Equipment Products
MSAA’s Equipment Distribution Program provides safety and mobility equipment to qualifying individuals. Items include a variety of products such as shower chairs, grab bars, walkers, and wheelchairs. MSAA also offers wellness products including yoga mats and resistance bands.
Cooling Vests and Accessories
Cooling vests and accessories are available for both adults and children to help reduce the negative effects of heat.
MRI Access Program
This program assists individuals who are uninsured, under-insured, or financially unable to pay for an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to help determine a diagnosis of MS or evaluate disease progression.
Educational Programs
In-person and digital programs featuring leading healthcare professionals are held virtually or in various cities across the United States and cover topics such as the latest advances in MS research, symptom-management, and wellness strategies.
My MSAA Community
This peer-to-peer online support forum offers individuals with MS, their families, and their care partners an opportunity to connect with others and share experiences in a supportive online environment.
My MS Manager™
My MS Manager™ is a mobile phone app available on iOS and Android mobile devices to help manage MS, track disease activity, and store important information such as treatments and symptoms. The app includes measurement scales for fatigue, depression, cognition, and bladder health.
Publications
MSAA offers several publications including a national magazine, The Motivator, twice per year (both in print and digital formats); a bimonthly “What’s New in MS Research” news update; My MSAA Today e-newsletter (bimonthly), and numerous booklets on topics ranging from vaccine safety in MS to relapse management.
