Teresa Grzeslo – Lake Villa, IL
Teresa Grzeslo is a longtime contributor to the MSAA Art Showcase. This year’s entry – “Reaching Out” has had a special meaning for her, appreciating the creativity involved in painting plus being very calming and meditative. In her journey with MS, she has learned to appreciate the process of creating.
Teresa lives in Round Lake Beach Illinois, where her house overlooks a protected wetland area which brings in a wide variety of birds. Her husband, Alan, will take photos of the ducks, geese and egrets and their young and Teresa will transpose those photographs to the canvas.
