COVID-19 and MS Survey

MSAA and embleema are working together to better understand COVID-19

MSAA is partnering with embleema on a series of surveys to help evaluate how COVID-19 has affected members of the MS community. Your participation in this survey will help MSAA determine how best to serve our community, and will enable all of us to gain a deeper understanding of the concerns we are all facing during these challenging times.

Please note that the data you provide will be de-identified/anonymous and used solely for improving our understanding of the impact of COVID-19 on the MS community. As you and other participants respond to the survey, you will receive insights from embleema on the health, economic, and behavioral impacts from the pandemic on people affected by MS.
