Omayra Rivera-Filardi is an accomplished illustrator, painter, and art educator known for her vibrant and evocative works that blend traditional techniques with contemporary concepts. With 21 years of experience as both an artist and educator, Omayra is dedicated to helping students explore their creative potential while cultivating a deep understanding of visual literacy and artistic expression. Specializing in illustration, acrylic paint, Omayra has exhibited work at prominent venues such as dnj Gallery in Santa Monica, CA, and City Lights Gallery in Bridgeport. Additionally, her work has been featured in the online gallery for the MSAA’s Art Showcase.
