I’m Aranzazu “Zazu” Calzado, a passionate amateur photographer originally from sunny Spain and now based in the heart of Texas. My journey with photography began in childhood, inspired by the vivid colors, traditions, and everyday moments of my homeland. From an early age, my camera became a way to observe, understand, and connect with the world around me.
Over the years, photography has served as my passport to exploration. My lens has carried me across continents, capturing both sweeping landscapes and intimate human moments. Each image reflects my love for travel, culture, and storytelling.
Living in Texas has further shaped my perspective, deepening my appreciation for diverse places and people. My work blends natural beauty with cultural experience, creating photographs that feel honest, immersive, and emotionally rooted in place. Photography is more than a hobby; it’s my way of seeing and sharing the world, one frame at a time.
