Jaqueline Lapuck – Los Angeles, CA
A few days after Jacqueline’s 33rd birthday she lost feeling in the lower half of her body. After multiple MRIs, lesions were found on her brain and spine. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. While in the hospital Jacqueline dreamt up a jewelry collection to help raise awareness for MS, to aid in research for a cure, and to give people hope. This collection is centered around butterflies and the color orange. Butterflies are a symbol of transformation, hope, positive change, and what the MRI of a brain looks like. Orange is one of the colors for MS. She hopes these designs are as meaningful for you as they are to her.
