Gemma Heil – Lakeland, FL

I have spent most of my life overcoming the disabilities and emotional turmoil, i.e. legally blind, that I experience due to severe neglect and abuse from my biological parents and adoptive parent. As an adult, I moved to the city, completed my master’s degree, and married my college sweetheart. While pregnant with our second son, I started having severe unexplainable symptoms. An LP and MRI led to my diagnosis of MS in 2020. Though viewing past MRIs, it is believed I’ve had it since I was a teenager. I started doing mixed media- pyrography and paint in 2016, and it has been very therapeutic. I even started selling via my store, Noble Living, in 2017. Even with all my health issues, I feel quite blessed to have the love and support of those I care for, a passion that fuels me, a truly incredible husband, and the sweetest neuro-spicy boys that adore their momma!
