Shannon Williams – Salem, UT
From the outside, it appears that MS has taken away so many of the things that were important to me, like my career as a teacher and catching butterflies with my grandchildren. I’m finding though, that as I lose one thing, I gain another. These new things bring me so much joy and peace. The key? Looking at the world with awe and wonder as a child. There are so many beautiful things to see, but sometimes they can only be seen by slowing down.
