Diane Jensen – Brier, WA

Because I’m disabled after dealing with all the challenges of MS for 37 years, I’m unable to take part in many of the activities I love: hiking, camping, bowling, to name a few. But, I can paint! Besides bringing relaxation and reducing stress, it’s so fun to be creating art, much of which I’ve given away as gifts. My medium is acrylic, and I usually use a brush. But recently I learned how to paint with just one finger. Also, I do poured acrylic paintings and those are a totally different process, but very fun. You never know what you’re going to end up with! Being able to produce art is a blessing in my life these days.
