About the Presenter:

Dr. Kyle Smoot is a neurologist specializing in multiple sclerosis and neuro‑inflammatory disorders at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center MS Center in Portland, Oregon, where he serves as Outpatient Medical Director. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his neurology residency—serving as Chief Resident—at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Smoot has been a principal investigator on numerous clinical trials evaluating disease modifying therapies, treatment transitions, and real-world safety and tolerability outcomes. He has authored multiple peer reviewed publications in major MS journals and has presented extensively at AAN and ECTRIMS. Dr. Smoot is also a member of MSAA’s Healthcare Advisory Council.
