Martha Sue Meek – Arlington, TX
After teaching art for over thirty years, I retired and soon afterwards was diagnosed in 2009 with MS. I learned that to keep myself active, I needed to stay busy! I have created more paintings since taking on MS than when I was when I was teaching! I have learned that art for me is THE BEST medicine. It heals the soul. That is one place MS can NOT invade!
