Carol Hall – Daphne, AL

Art has always been a meditative practice for me, a way to let the noise of the world fade and simply focus on color, shape, and beauty. From childhood memories of sculpted mud to competition showcases in upstate New York, it has provided to me a sense of accomplishment and also peace throughout my life.

After my MS diagnosis in 1998, I turned even more toward art as a comfort. Painting and sculpting have made it easier to handle the lifestyle changes of my diagnosis and provided me with the motivation I needed to focus on my health.

I’d like to leave a legacy of love through my art, as one important part of me that will live on after I am gone. Until then, I hope everyone will see my heartfelt intention in each creation.
