Rebecca Whitaker – Grant, AL

I have MAS (Multiple Autoimmune Syndrome) with multiple sclerosis, sarcoidosis, and psoriasis as my demons. I have lived with this for 19 years. Although it has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, I am still mobile and independent. I have tremors so I have had to adjust my artwork from portraits in pastels to less detailed paintings. I am lucky to live in northern Alabama where there is so much of nature to keep you inspired. I am retired now and plan on enjoying life!
