Cherie Feinberg – Lawrence, NY

I have always enjoyed drawing, painting, and doing creative things from a young age, but life got in the way for many years. After my children were older and before I was diagnosed with MS, I signed up for an oil painting class with an artist from Rockport, MA and I was hooked. I continued taking painting and sculpture classes with him for many years. Unfortunately, I had a series of non-MS related surgeries and had to abandon my art classes for many years. After I was diagnosed in 2007, I decided to return to my painting. The time I spend at my easel just seems to relax and distress me especially during these pandemic times.
