Keith Messina – Northfield, IL

I am a graduate of International Academy of Design & Technology, class of 1997 with a BFA specializing in Advertising. 1997 is also the year I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. So I guess “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times…” I have worked commercially doing illustration, design, and photography until my M.S. has made my abilities to work fulltime not possible. Although the computer has taken us forward, this drawing entitled “Tools of the Trade” is about were it all began. The ability to create, to dream, and inspire others is what inspires me.
