Art is my refuge, a powerful tool for expression and healing as I navigate life with multiple sclerosis. Through painting, I find solace and clarity, allowing my prominent yet invisible symptoms to fade into the background. I immerse myself in the present moment, guided by intuition and creativity rather than thought. This process becomes a meditative escape, enabling me to explore diverse tools and techniques while embracing the joy of creation. The beauty that emerges from my work symbolizes resilience and hope.
