Chenne Richardson – Columbus, OH

I am a self-taught artist that has been painting since 1999 publicly. Since being diagnosed in 2001 this MS journey has had quite a few twists and turns. Art has always been my passion and, my voice through the progression of my disease. After recently losing a significant amount of strength in my hands as well as degraded vision in my eyes I’ve had to readjust to the changes. I won’t let it silence me I will continue to paint for as long as I can because it is my immortality. I encourage all of us to continue to speak through our art about what we cannot see, what we cannot hold, and, the places we may never travel to. For this is all our voices loud and clear.
