MSAA’s Blog and Publication Receive Digital Health Awards

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) is pleased to announce that we have received two awards from the 24th Annual Digital Health Awards! MSAA’s blog, MS Conversations has been recognized with a Silver Award for our Ask the Expert series. This series covers areas of interest to the MS community, and has highlighted topics including symptom-management issues, mental and emotional health, and relapse management.

In addition, MSAA and Impact Education, a medical education and communications company received a Bronze Award for the publication, It’s a Generational Thing: Creating an Understanding of MS Between Parents and Their Children. This toolkit features activity pages, conversation guides, and resources to help improve communication for family members affected by MS, and encourages active participation in managing the ever-evolving MS journey.

According to the Digital Health Awards, they honor the best digital health resources developed for consumers and health professionals. A panel of health technology professionals judge entries based on content, format, success in reaching the targeted health audience, and overall quality.
