MSAA Reopens MRI Access Fund

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) is pleased to announce that recent funding has allowed us to reopen the MRI Access Fund on a temporary basis. The MRI program will remain open until funds are exhausted and may be suspended at any time.

The MSAA MRI Access Fund assists financially challenged individuals who are uninsured or cannot afford their insurance deductible to acquire a cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exam to help determine a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or evaluate current MS disease progression. These crucial exams also allow physicians to monitor the efficacy of current treatment plans and see which disease-modifying therapy (DMT) options are available.

Applications will be honored on a first-come, first serve basis. Only updated May 2016 MSAA MRI Access Fund applications will be accepted. No reimbursements for previous MRIs are allowed. To learn more and apply, please visit https://mymsaa.org/mri or call (800) 532-7667.
