Susan Mitchell – Leavenworth, WA

My name is Susan Mitchell. I live in the beautiful mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington. This is one of my first attempts to paint with acrylics. I am much more used to sculpting polymer clay sculptures. I have never taken a painting class, but I used to watch my mother (artist) paint oil portraits when I was young.

I feel very fortunate that my MS doesn’t really affect my art work. If I feel tired that day I can always look forward to creating art the next day 🙂
