1st Place: Teresa Grzeslo – North Barrington, IL

Teresa Grzeslo is 58 and has been living with MS since 1992. As an Occupational Therapist, she felt privileged to use different media as tools for treatment and appreciated the healing aspects of art. Teresa could spend weeks in art museums, art fairs and viewing architecture if her legs and pocketbook would hold out. Though rarely pursuing personal artistic expression, she has grown to value creativity more and more. Recently, as her scope of physical abilities seems to shrink, she has opened up new spiritual outlets and plan to make creative experiences routine and have fun with art.
